Really don’t know what to say apart from thank you. Visited unannounced on Friday - Francis and Kevin couldn’t be more helpful. Excellent service, honest advice, told me what I needed rather than wanted, and didn’t look to ‘sell’ the most expensive wheelchairs or accessories. Willing to help, will continue to use.

I'm just writing to say a big thank you to the person who came today to repair my Cosi recliner armchair. It now works a treat after I was ready to give up on it.
